Cuisia, Jr. highlights developments in the Philippines, including its solid economic performance, the measures being taken by the administration of President Benigno S. Aquino III, and the developments in US-Philippines bilateral relations, during his remarks at a lunch meeting hosted for members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) at the Embassy of the Philippines on Friday. Founded in 1921, CFR is an independent, nonpartisan membership organization, think tank, and publisher focusing on international affairs and foreign policy.
