Strengthening Links with the Fil-Am Chambers of Commerce

06 MARCH 2009 WASHINGTON DC – Philippine Ambassador Willy C. Gaa welcomes Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (FPACC) President Jaime Lim at the Embassy.  During Lim’s courtesy call recently, Ambassador Gaa stressed the importance of further strengthening the relationship between Fil-Am Chambers of Commerce and the Philippine Embassy in order to advance shared objectives, particularly in further enhancing the image of Filipino-American communities and in strengthening Fil-Am presence in mainstream American business and politics. Lim, who is also President of the Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce in Oregon pledged to make reinforcing relations between and among Fil-Am Chambers and with the Philippine Embassy a priority for the FPACC.
