Consular Outreach Program
The Embassy conducts regular consular outreach missions to bring its various consular services to Filipinos residing in other states/territories under its jurisdiction.
No appointments shall be confirmed via phone call.
All appointments should be made through the Philippine Embassy website.
Make sure to select the appropriate date & venue.
Appointments made at the wrong site will be rejected.
Applicant would have to reapply at the correct site, subject to availability of slots.

When do we start securing an appointment?
Applicants shall wait for the corresponding press release for each consular outreach for detailed instructions.
What time should we be at the scheduled appointment?
Applicants are requested to be at the venue at least 10 minutes before their appointment.
How many envelope/s do we need to bring if we are a family/or residing in one address?
One envelope per applicant.
Are photocopying and/or mailing/courier services available at the outreach site?
Applicants are advised to bring the complete requirements when they show up for their appointment to avoid rejection of their application. Whenever possible, partner organizations provide prepaid USPS/UPS envelopes and/or photocopying services for a fee. This service is not regulated by the Embassy and is the sole initiative/discretion of private individuals/organizations.
When do we know the release of our passport?
Passport processing takes 4-6 weeks. Applicants may check the status of their passports through this link http://philippineembassy-usa.org/finder/searchpassport.php .
Applicants in the US will also be receiving Qless-generated SMS notifying them that their passports are available for pick-up and/or have been mailed.
Can we use credit card during the outreach?
All fees are payable in cash or money order only.
Do you accept walk-in applicants?
Walk-in applicants are strongly discouraged.
